RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1.1. Returns up to Thirty (30) days
- You can return the product(s) within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice provided that the product(s) are in the original packaging, unused, unexpired, undamaged, and in a salable condition. Proof of purchase from Larzep is required in all instances.
- Product(s) sold on a “Final Sale” basis cannot be returned (Please see 1.2 for "Final Sale Products").
- Some product(s) returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by Larzep.
- You are responsible for all costs for the return of the product(s).
1.2. Final Sale Products
Product(s) sold on a “Final Sale” basis include:
- Custom products.
- Sale products.
- Emergency response products.
- Products marked “Non-Cancellable” and/or “Non-Returnable”.
- Non-catalog products, cylinders over 250-ton or catalog products, which are modified by Larzep for special customer applications, cannot be restocked as standard product, and are therefore non-returnable.
1.3. Returns Process
If you need to return the product(s) you can ship it back to Larzep, contact us directly to schedule a drop off.
When returning the product(s), please do the following:
- Please contact Larzep to communicate your intent to return your order by calling +31 318 535 911
- Carefully package the product(s) and include the packing slip with reason for return written on packing slip. If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the product number.
- Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
- Ship the package to or drop off the product at the nearest Larzep location
- Please prepay shipping – Larzep does not accept cash on delivery.
2.1. Cancellation Instructions
- You can cancel your order within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice
- Please contact Larzep to communicate your intent to cancel your order by calling +31 318 535 911
- Due to the speed at which we fulfill requests, we are unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment. If your order is backordered or not shipping for two (2) or more business days, please contact Customer Service and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Please return the product(s) as outlined in paragraph 1 above.
