Hydraulic Benders

Suitable
for carrying out bending operations
with plumbing pipes. Machines with pipe
bending capacities of up to 2”, 3”,
4”, and 6”. Models: manual drive (VA,
VB), with electrical pump (VC) or hydro-pneumatic
pump (VZ). Equipped with a safety valve
to prevent excess pressure build-up
in the machine. All machines are delivered
in sturdy wooden boxes.
Extremely
easy to use. Simple tilt the upper plate
to leave the zone clear for the placement
of the pipe. Close the plate and block
using the pins provided, and then switch
on the pump to carry out the bending
operation. The VB1227 model is equipped
with a tripod

in models of up to 2” (in brackets in
the table), add the letter “C” to the

of up to 6”.

| Extremely
sturdy frames, made from welded steel
profiles. EC tabletop models, EM and
EG manual drive models, EZ hydro-pneumatic
pump models, EE manual control electrical
models and EE-CE button control electrical
models. The height of the table can
be adjusted in floor models. In 60
and 120 ton models, this movement
is carried out by a winch system and
in the 250 ton models by a series
of chains attached to the press cylinder
itself. Presses are supplied with
V blocks to facilitate the positioning
of pipes and bars, etc. on the table.
In
the ECM and ECZ tabletop presses,
the hydraulic unit can easily be removed
from the structure and used in other
applications. (See Maintenance Unit).

In
the 15 and 30 ton EG and EM manual
presses, the hydraulic element is
equipped with an approach ball screw
designed to minimise the pumping action
required. The EM models incorporate
a two-speed pump for the quick approach
of the piston to the work piece. All
models incorporate a pressure metre
(reading in tons).

Under
special order, LARZEP will design
and manufacture special presses base
don its series of products. It can
also adapt cylinder strokes, feed
speeds, type of cylinder, type of
drive and even the structure of the
machine itself, in accordance with
the specifications of the desired
operation.

Maintenance Unit
|
|
|
The
unit is made up of a series of elements
that, when combined with the hydraulic
tools, pump, cylinder and hose, enable
the configuration of specific tools
designed for a number of different operations,
such as pushing, separating, joining,
lifting, compressing, stretching and
fixing.
5,
10 and 20 ton models with maximum thrust
capacity and two simple and complete
configurations. This includes separator
pliers and specific compression tools.
The cylinder provides the indicated
nominal power, but you should bear in
mind that with the accessories attached,
the unit can only be used at 50 % of
its capacity, i.e. at a maximum pressure
level of 350 bar.

Lightweight Rescue Unit
|

| Lightweight,
independent rescue unit- no need for
external connections. Can be handled
by a single person. Consist of a hydraulic
pump driven by a foot-pedal, cutting
shears, two separator pliers and a hydraulic
cylinder with extensions and support
heads. Can be used for separation, cutting
and pushing operations. |

| Separation,
cutting and pushing are the three
Basic operations that can be carried
out with the rescue unit. The various
tools are connected individually to
the pump via a hydraulic hose, equipped
with al the necessary quick-connect
ball plugs. Connection is both quick
and secure. No threads. Simply push
or pull the plug to connect or disconnect
the tool from the hose. The size of
the tool enables the user to operate
effectively even in hard-to-reach
areas (pedals). The pump has two speeds:
fast feed for moving the tool near
the target material, and working speed,
which is automatically enabled when
the pressure in the installation increases.
High pressure pumping is carried out
via the pedal without the need for
undue physical exertion, leaving your
hands free to hold the tool. Once
the operation has been completed,
simply press the release pedal located
on the right-hand side of the pump.
An internal spring causes the tool
rapidly to return to its original
position. The unit is stored in a
highly resistant box equipped with
wheels and a receding handle for easy
transportation.
